A Ghost site for a server is usually three things: Ghost, a Minecraft theme somebody sells you, and a store hosted somewhere else. The theme makes it look like a Minecraft site; nothing behind it knows your server exists, and Ghost has no server-side plugin system for anyone to change that.
What Ghost is
Ghost is an open-source publishing platform — MIT licensed, built for writing, newsletters and paid memberships. You can run it yourself for nothing, or on Ghost(Pro) from $18 a month billed yearly. Plenty of servers do run one: you buy a Minecraft theme for it, write your news there, and put your Tebex store somewhere else.
- The editor. It is a genuinely best-in-class writing tool and ours is not trying to be one — if you write long patch notes or dev logs, you will feel the difference immediately.
- Newsletters and paid memberships are built in, and Ghost takes none of the subscription revenue. We have nothing comparable to either.
- MIT licensed with a real export — posts, members, themes and media all come out. That is a cleaner exit than any hosted builder gives you, ours included.
- A proper content API, so a developer can build whatever front end they like on top of it.
- Minecraft communities really do run news sites on it, and they look good.
What Enderbeam is
A hosted website builder for Minecraft servers. You make a project, drop our plugin in /plugins, and drag 70+ modules onto a page — your server’s status, online players, ranks, playtime, leaderboards, punishments and forums, all fed from your own server. There is nothing to install anywhere else and nothing to keep patched.
The free plan is a working site with live server data, forums and leaderboards, with no card and no ads. Premium is $9.99 a month per site and adds your own domain, every theme and full control of the styling.

Who should pick Ghost
Pick Ghost if the site is mostly writing — patch notes, dev logs, a newsletter to your players — or if you want to charge readers directly. It does all three better than we do, and it takes no cut when you charge.
